What is Online Consultation?

For purchases of doctor’s cosmetics, prescriptions for skincare oral medications, diet oral medications, AGA treatment, and ED treatment oral medications prescribed by the doctor, you can use them as self-financed medical treatment.

You can receive online consultation from your home, and the doctor’s prescribed cosmetics and medications will be delivered to your home.

Notes

  • This consultation uses video calls via the “Curon” web browser.
  • Available on PC or smartphone.
  • Payment method is by credit card (registered via the app).
  • Please have your insurance card and a photo ID ready for the call (e.g., medical information sheet, health check results, medication notebook, etc.).
  • When the consultation time approaches, click “Enter Video Consultation Room” and wait in a private place.
  • The doctor’s entry may be about 30 minutes early or late.

Online Consultation Flow

Our online consultation is conducted using “Curon”
There is a separate Curon usage fee of 330 yen (tax included) per consultation.

How to Use Curon

  1. Check Reception Conditions

    • Prepare a PC or smartphone
    • Prepare your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners)

  2. Access Curon Web Version

    Access “Curon” from a PC or smartphone and select “New Registration”.

  3. New Registration & Information Registration

    Register and enter the authentication number on Curon.
    Log in with your registered email address and password.

  4. Search for Medical Institutions with Curon Facility Code

    Enter the following Curon facility code

    Curon facility code: “763a”.

  5. Select Appointment Date and Enter Basic Information & Apply for Consultation

    Select the desired consultation menu and appointment date.
    Enter basic and payment information and apply for consultation.
    Please answer the pre-consultation questionnaire.

  6. Preparation Before Consultation

    Prepare a photo ID and wait.

  7. Consultation

    When the consultation time approaches, click “Enter Video Consultation Room” on the “Consultation Details” screen.
    Once your video and audio are confirmed, click “Enter Video Consultation Room” and wait for the doctor’s entry.
    Wait in a place with a good internet connection.
    The consultation will start once the doctor enters.

  8. End of Consultation

    After the consultation, the payment will be processed by the medical institution.
    Check the payment details from “Payment & Delivery” on the “Consultation Details” screen after the payment is completed.

  9. Send Medication and Prescription

    Medications that can be prescribed by our clinic will be mailed to your home based on the doctor’s consultation.
    For doctor’s cosmetics, log in to the web using the provided password and make your purchase.
