STEP1Reservation

Please avoid canceling your appointment on the day. If you need to reschedule, please call to change the date and time ahead of the time.

STEP2Preparation Before Visit

We will call you the day before your appointment for confirmation.

STEP3Arrival

Please bring your ID and arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. When you arrive, please check in at the reception.

STEP4Waiting Room

Our clinic provides a water server for your convenience. Feel free to use it. We also have items for sale, magazines, and treatment brochures available for you to browse while you wait. You can also make purchases on the spot.

STEP5Filling out the Questionnaire

For your first visit, we will ask you to present your ID for verification. Please fill out the questionnaire with details such as your consultation topics, allergies, and current medications.

STEP6Guidance

Once it’s your turn, our staff will guide you.
【 For Facial Treatments 】
We will guide you through the powder room, skin diagnosis, counseling, consultation, and treatment.
【 For Other Treatments 】
We will guide you through counseling, consultation, and treatment.

STEP7Powder Room

Before the counseling session, please wash your face using the facial wash provided at our clinic. Hairbands are also available.
After washing your face, press the call button, and our staff will come to assist you.

STEP8Counseling

For facial treatments, we use a machine called VISIA to photograph your skin. Based on the results, our counselor will discuss your concerns and desires and propose the best treatment options.
For treatments apart from facial ones, we will mainly discuss your concerns and desires and propose the best treatment options.
After explaining the treatment content, duration, and frequency, we will provide a cost estimate. Feel free to ask any questions or discuss any concerns.

STEP9Consultation

After the counseling, a doctor will check if there are any issues with performing the treatment. Please discuss any concerns or questions with the doctor.
Depending on the doctor’s assessment, we may recommend a different treatment from the one proposed during the counseling.

STEP10Payment

We accept cash and various credit cards. We also offer medical loans specific to medical institutions. If you wish to use a medical loan, please inform our staff when making your reservation as there are documents required in advance. Referral benefits with point allocation are also available.

STEP11Treatment

Our nurses will administer the treatment using the most suitable method for you.

STEP12Post-Treatment

If you wish to apply makeup after treatment, please use our powder room. We provide lotion and sunscreen for your convenience. (Depending on the treatment, you may not be able to apply lotion, sunscreen, or makeup immediately after the procedure.)

STEP13Departure

After the treatment, our staff will guide you to the reception. If you need to make your next reservation or receive a course estimate, we will assist you. Please inform our staff if you wish to purchase any items.
