About Us

What are the clinic’s operating hours?

Our operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (including holidays).
We are closed from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The last reception in the morning is at 1:30 PM, and the last reception in the evening is at 6:30 PM. Please make sure to arrive on time.

How can I cancel my appointment?

Cancellations can be made through our system until the day before your appointment.
For same-day cancellations, please contact us by phone.

How much is the initial and follow-up consultation fee for walk-ins?

The initial consultation fee is 3,300 yen, and the follow-up consultation fee is 1,100 yen.
If you sign up for a treatment on the same day, the initial consultation fee is free, which includes the image diagnosis.

Services

Can I receive multiple treatments on the same day?

Yes, it is possible. Please confirm with your counselor or doctor.

What is downtime?

Downtime refers to the period it takes for swelling, bruises, or wounds caused by the treatment to subside. The duration varies depending on the individual and the treatment, but we will inform you of the estimated time before the treatment. If you have important plans or concerns, please feel free to discuss them during your counseling session.

Can minors receive treatments?

Minors must be accompanied by a guardian for the consultation and treatment.

Can men receive treatments?

Yes, we also provide treatments for male patients. Regardless of gender or age, please feel free to visit us.

What is the difference between cosmetic dermatology and general dermatology?

General dermatology focuses on treating current symptoms, such as calming inflammation for acne, which can be covered by insurance and generally costs less. Cosmetic dermatology allows patients to set their treatment goals, such as improving skin quality to prevent acne from forming. It offers a wider range of treatment methods. However, it is not covered by insurance.

Pricing

Can I receive only insurance-covered treatments?

Yes, we do provide insurance-covered treatments. However, please consult us to determine whether your symptoms are better suited for insurance-covered or private treatments.

How do I handle late arrivals or cancellations?

Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made by phone before 7:00 PM the day before, or via the web by 11:59 PM the day before.
For cancellations or changes on the day of the appointment, a session will be considered used regardless of whether you contact us or not.

We accept cash, credit cards, and medical loans. Please feel free to consult us.
