What is Liver spot internal medication (Cynarol + Hybera + Tranexamic Acid) ?

At our clinic, we prescribe a combination of Cynarol,
Hybera,Tranexamic Acid for internal use as a complete out-of-pocket preventive treatment for blemishes and liver spots. This prescription is provided under the supervision of a physician during consultation.

Cynarol:

Cynarol is primarily composed of vitamin C, which stimulates collagen production in the skin, restoring elasticity. It also inhibits melanin synthesis, effectively preventing spots and improving pigmentation.
Since its launch in 1959, it has been a long-selling product widely trusted over the years.

Cynarol's benefits include whitening, cold prevention, prevention and improvement of skin roughness and acne, fatigue recovery, and immune enhancement.

Dosage and Administration of Cynarol: Take 1-3 tablets 1-3 times daily after meals. It is recommended to take Cynarol with water or lukewarm water.

Main Risks/Adverse Effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. These side effects are generally mild and usually subside naturally within 1-2 weeks. However, if you are concerned about side effects, please consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Hybera:

Hybera prevents blood clotting in blood vessels, improves blood flow in the body, normalizes skin turnover, and improves pigmentation, spots, and freckles.

Hybera, like Cynarol, contains vitamin C, but its main component is vitamin E.

Vitamin E, the main component of Hybera, is a nutrient with various functions such as promotion of circulation and antioxidant effects, maintaining skin health, and improving shoulder and lower back pain due to peripheral circulation disorders.

Dosage and Administration of Hybera: Take 1-2 tablets 1-2 times daily after meals. It is recommended to take Hybera with water or lukewarm water.

Main Risks/Adverse Effects: Nausea, diarrhea, dry mouth, mild abdominal pain, etc. These side effects are generally mild and usually subside naturally within 1-2 weeks. However, if you are concerned about side effects, please consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Tranexamic Acid:

Tranexamic acid has been recognized for its effectiveness in anti-bleeding, anti-allergic, and anti-inflammatory actions. It is used in medications for treating swollen throat and mouth sores, as well as in toothpaste.
Developed by Akisuke Okamoto and Utako Okamoto in 1962, it is listed in the WHO Essential Medicines Model List.

The main component of tranexamic acid is tranexamic acid sodium. It promotes blood clotting by inhibiting the enzyme plasmin, stops bleeding, and also has anti-inflammatory effects. It also acts on melanocytes that produce melanin, exerting an effect on inhibiting pigmentation and improving liver spots.

Dosage and Administration of Tranexamic Acid: Take 1-3 tablets 1-4 times daily after meals. It is recommended to take Tranexamic Acid with water or lukewarm water.
Common risks and side effects include itching, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and heartburn. These side effects are generally mild and often resolve naturally within 1 to 2 weeks. If any side effects cause concern, consulting a physician or pharmacist is recommended.
